Background video compressed

hello,

I should add a pattern overlay on top of the video. It looks like Webflow has compressed the video. I got the information that a simple dot grid should do the trick: 10 Guidelines for Better Website Background Videos - SitePoint. But I don’t know how to do this. Please help.

Instead of compressing the video. You can host it directly on aws S3 to avoid compression.
