Avoid text to break

Hi
I would like my text to break different, I´ve tried to set a max width on the text to avoid it to break in to three lines on bigger screens, I don’t understand why I can’t get it to work?
Can someone come with a solution?

This is how it breaks on big screens

I thought I have fixed it, put it seems like I still have the problem, can you help mw with this?
