I’m reaching out regarding a support ticket I submitted last Friday about an issue with account verification. I haven’t received a response yet, and I’m also not getting any verification emails, which might be affecting communication.

By “account verification” are you referring to domain verification and the TXT record?

The community might be able to take a look but you need to share all of the details.
