No way (Yet) to create the idea of “drag letter” and move other letters by webflow interaction (This is canvas animations).

The “other tricks” could be done by webflow interaction - start her:

For example:
One wrapper - inside add 6 letters (6 seperate text blocks)- set the position of each letter to inline-block - set transform and so on for each letter. Than add any wrapper: hover animation you want (Rotate, scale, opacity for each letter).
