Anyone else have a problem with Webflow Support?

So, I’ve been trying to get support from Webflow for the last couple days, ridiculous how they don’t have live chat and they have insanely slow support. Still haven’t received a message back. Anyways, I don’t know why, but if anyone could check out this site on mobile, and then on desktop, you can see the animations just don’t work. They only work on mobile but not desktop. They were fine before, but I don’t know what happened. As you can see on desktop, half the page isn’t loading in, because the interactions aren’t working. I get great responses, but they are overwhelmed too.
Live chat would triple your costs, and if you want that, that’s what the Enterprise plan is for.

Best thing you can do is make it easy for them;

  • Easy for them to see the bug ( a quick, focused video works great )
  • Easy for them to reproduce the bug

That’s my pattern and I usually get responses within 2 to 3 days max even they they’re overwhelmed right now with holiday catch-up and new feature issues. More importantly, I get the response I need on the first message, no back-and-forth needed.
