Animations work in Preview but not in Stage

Hello,

I just ran into this issue today and I was hoping for some help with it.

I have prepared a data section for the website near the bottom of the Home page. The animations for it work in Preview but not on the Staging published site. Anyone know what might be going on? It does work on mobile for some reason.
