Can some one please help me with my site.

I am trying to create drop downs but although I have named each div individually the click animation is displaying more than just the box instructed.
I also am trying to add another click animation to make the plus’s spin to create close X when div is opened. It just seems to rotate the who section which I have not instructed.
Please let me know if anyone has a solution or what I am doing wrong. (going round in circles)
