Animation Stuck when Hover on Text

Hey i am trying to re-create the hover animation like this website. (when you hover on any image ---- Fabio Fantolino — Interior).

But when i hover over the text my animation stuck or start jittering.

(Note: the animation is not showing when the link open. so just get out of preview mode and go to preview mode again)
