Animated elements not showing in IE11 Windows 8.1 but do show in Windows 10

Hello, before I go off on a hunt for answers thought I’d run this by Webflow community first.

On this site https://breezeapples.webflow.io/home-new, in Internet Explorer 11, all of the above fold animated elements work (home page) as expected in Windows 10.

But in Windows 8.1 I get what’s shown below, some layers not showing. Can anybody explain why this is happening?
