Andriod phone cannot get desktopview working on phone

Hi

I have figured out the error seems to be with the image container on the right hand side of the home page. (one with background image)

yellow triangle is showing error add position relative to the parent element that you wish to position around

but it looks like to me their is no parent element and unsure what to try next.
