Anchor links send you to a different place on the page

The anchor links suddenly stopped working on every one of our pages. (officeaccord.com/features/XXXXX)

Example:

1. Go to: https://officeaccord.com/features/dashboard#Mobile-Web-App
2. Select “Activity Feed” box at the top of the screen.

You will see that the page scrolls very little down the page. The same thing happens with the other two boxes.

Once we have a proper fix, I will make the correction to all other pages (officeaccord.com/features/XXXXX)
