I’m attempting to embed Vimeo videos, which is going fine and all except on mobile they won’t play above 360p 
- at least on iOS devices (I’ve tried on multiple browsers.)
Wondering if someone would be able to tell me what/if I am doing something wrong with the embed code. I can only assume it is user error because on this site, their video quality options display perfectly fine on mobile for Vimeo embeds (see below).

P.S. My job is pretty tied to Vimeo, but for other projects, it would be great to know if anyone recommends other video hosts.
