A little bit late perhaps but this post is fairly high up when searching for Vue and Webflow.
Vue hijacks all events within the element that is selected as its root. A possible solution is to select a root in which there are no interactions defined lower in the page hierarchy or even to have multiple roots with the same state, if you need to control different areas.
