How do I add links to text in a block being pulled from the CMS.
So, I’d like to add links for “the Tillman Act” and “The Taft-Hartley Act.”
How would I do this? I can’t select the text to add.
Trying to avoid putting this section into an RTE.

When an element is CMS-bound, you can’t edit its contents in the designer view, however you can edit them in the CMS, or in the editor. You should be fine to add links to your text content in either of those places.
