Adding business name on top of URL google

How can I add my business name on top of the URL on Google? I was able to add it to a google ad, but can’t figure out how to add it to the regular website. On the regular website, it’s my URL on top of my URL again. See attached image.

I have not seen a consistent way to ensure Google picks this up, and I think it’s partly a security mechanic. You don’t want just anyone identifying themselves as Citibank.

Even with both LSON-LD metadata and a linked Google Business listing, I don’t see this often- but I do occasionally see it when Google Ads are linked to that site.
