Adding an anchorpoint-string to a collection-page link

Hey!

I want to know, if its possible, to add a /#achorpoint-string to an collection-page link.
For example: If someone is clicking on the (cms-driven) link, he gets directed to the www.mywebsite.com/cms-collection/collection-item/(+)#section-anchorpoint-string

The requirement is the use of the cms page-link.
