Adding a form to my hero section?

I am having difficulty figuring this out. I have a hero section, so background image, header and nav bar. I need to add a form to the right side of the hero, the header/paragraph will be on the lef side of the hero.

It needs to be visible at all times.

I have tried flexbox, columns, etc. I can’t seem to figure it out.
