In Webflow, does the server deliver only the code needed for the device doing the browsing, or does it send everything to the device, and let the device/browser handle the display?

Webflow sends everything. But don’t worry, we make sure that everything loads fast. We do this by:
- serving your sites through the Fastly.com CDN
- optimizing your inline images
- optimizing our framework’s code
