Accordion - items overlapping

Hi folks, building a job board (surprise surprise).

Want the job description to appear as a dropdown/accordion style section that is hidden until clicked.

I’ve started putting this together but have a problem with it overlapping with other items (i.e. jobs).

Two questions:

  1. How can I make the other items move down as the job description is toggled on so that the description doesn’t hide other jobs?
  2. How can I make items below move down when that happens? Right now, the item that the description is attached to moves up and overlaps with the items above.

Thank you. I’ve created the accordion just have a couple of issues with the above points. Would appreciate it if anyone has any insight on resolving those. Thanks
