Access Issues / Can not add links, bind collection list

Since three days i am having problems with webflow. I can not access at all anymore from Safari (Console show errors of 403, 401, 412, 404, 412, etc.) and keeps showing that fetch API cannot load https://webflow.com/api/user/readOnlyData due to access control checks, etc.

I dont have any Api or similar running…

And with chrome i can access the designer but it keeps signing me out or i have to take control over again. And than i can not add any links e.g., i can not bind collection list, etc.

Chrome console keeps bringing CORS Policy error, Failed to load resource: net::ERR_FAILEDwebflow.com/api/user/readOnlyData:1, Error during authentication: TypeError: Failed to fetch…

I am not running anything special, my custom is css relevant… wtf

i need to finish my project please help as support is not very responsive… i am a paying customer with cms plan… and already regreting it!

Hi Tobias, the community can’t do much for you if it’s a systems issue.
However it’s possible it’s your computer, browser or network.

I’d recommend working through this progression;

  • Use Chrome
  • Disable any browser extensions
  • Clear the cache
  • Try connecting on a different network
  • Disable any proxy, VPN, or anti-virus software
  • Try connecting with a different computer

Chances are that something is interfering in your specific setup, or else others would be seeing these errors as well. But, could be something specific to your account- so try the above and if they don’t work, pursue support.

Hi,

I’ve seen this too. I just waited a day and it “fixed itself”.

But they’re definitely not alone. I’m just so tired of unsolved Webflow problems I’ve started moving my sites to a different platform.
