Access Control - Specific Users Only

I have built a simple single page with some videos on that I want to restrict to only clients who I add in the Users, User Account. My problem is I cant find anywhere to edit the email that is first sent out inviting them to sign up. The email when received is the standard default invite, and the text is grammatically wrong.

I also have a problem in receiving certain emails when the account has been deleted and re-instated a number of times. I’ve had to do this multiple times for testing. Is this normal?

So, the page restrictions are all working correctly, but I do need to edit the HTML template of the received email invite, but where? I’m not seeing anything anywhere. The site is a paid CMS site. Do I need to purchase some add on? I don’t need the eCommerce costs as there is no charge to sign up.

Hi Peter,

I haven’t encountered that, but if you try to log in multiple times within a short period your IP will be blocked for about 3 hours. That might affect sign ups as well as logins, and could be what you’re seeing.
