Is it possible using conditional comments with webflow?
It seems webflow allow custom code only for <head>, <body>, and <footer> but not before <html>.

Hi @cueforq, at the moment editing html above the <head> is not yet supported. This is a good idea though and have added this as a wish list item.

Out of curiosity, why exactly do you need additional comments above <html> tags?

I’m using background clip for text and I try to put IE specific CSS because it doesn’t work on IE. (Using background clip for text with CSS fallback | Divya Manian)
You can surely put that in <head> code
