504 Error and website Down after publishing my website

Hi everyone,

I published my website about an hour ago, and since then, I’m getting a 504 error when trying to access it:

“Something unexpected happened — The page you requested unexpectedly failed to load. Contact the site owner or support for more assistance.”

Here’s what I did before the issue appeared:

  1. Set up a 301 redirect from one path to another.

  2. Published the website.

  3. Started getting a 500 error right after publishing.

  4. Restored the project from the last working backup.

  5. Still getting the same 504 error.

Has anyone experienced this before or knows what could be causing it?

Ok, now it’s a 502 Bad Gateway ..

I have same issue. Website has been showing either 504 or 500 error for the last 15 minutes

In my case, the issue has been going on for about almost an hour already..

Same. All my published Webflow sites are down.

I got same, here you can view the status of flow servers etc https://status.webflow.com/

Though in my case, first it showed green and now they another update about those 500 and 504 errors

Hi does anyone has this problem fixed yet? Is anyone getting any real support from webflow?

The status page is being updated.
Given the global scale of this AWS outage, I imagine support will be inundated with messages about this.
