You can probably build this natively in Webflow using a scroll interaction but would it be more efficient to use an existing platform and embed? There are free services out there like

You would use a scroll animation in combination with absolute positioning on your individual images. Apply scroll animation to reveal each image. And this transition can be anything you want like having a transparent fades, etc.

If the cars are lower on the page you can combine the animation with a sticky section.
