1px line jumps from 1px to 2px thickness while resize

Hi,

I have a horizontal 1px thin line with 100% width.
When I resize my browser in height the line jumps from 1px to 2px thickness.

I guess this is a rounding issue …

How do I force this line to be constant same smallest possible thickness on browser resize?

I am going through this exact same. Same symbol of my divider lines showing up at inconsistent weights depending on placement, though all are set to one pixel thickness. Very concerned about fixing this.
